I was on business and just needed a nice place to rest my head,& eat. Not sure that I would choose it if I was looking for a lush hotel to spend my precious leisure time though. Read less

Best thing about the hotel is the Staff, very friendly and attentive. The masses of magazines available were a nice touch & a real bonus for a lone traveller too.
Dislikes:
The paper thin walls in the rooms.
The evening menu was adequate but could perhaps do with a little livening up.

Nice welcome on arrival; comfortable room (children loved having bunk beds) and bed. Nice restaurant with pleasant service and decent food. Breakfast nice (although see below).
Dislikes:
There was an issue with a jug of fruit juice which appeared off ("fizzy"), but apart from that food was good.
